Tuakau College provides students with a broad-based, high quality education based on the essential learning areas (see below).

 

Students, regardless of their abilities, are expected to achieve to their potential and are encouraged to work hard in well-disciplined and stimulating classroom environments.

Years 7 and 8 have compulsory subjects and set subject rotations.

Years 9 and 10 students select optional subjects.

NCEA Levels 1, 2, and 3 are offered in Years 11, 12 and 13.
